Fees variable based on project and size of organization.

 

Board and/or staff retreat facilitation is shaped to your goals, using a variety of interactive tools.  The goal is to both have fun and learn, moving the team forward with common language and goals.

 

Also available are staff or community trainings.  Whether it be developing a currciulum specific to your needs or using an existing curriculum, Brooke is stellar trainer, incorporating as much interaction as possible.

 

Fees vary according to level of development, with facilitation generally $75 per hour.  Pre-meetings and report on facilitation are a lower rate.  Mileage is charged outside of the City of Fresno.  Rates can be negotiated pending organizational size.

 

Curriculum development is based on a ratio of hours of development (typically 4-6) to 1 hour of seat time.  Curriculum development fees are variable based on organizational size and degree of development.

Fund Development and the corresponding financial budgeting is an ongoing challenge for CBOs.  Small and intermediate CBOs often lack a fund development plan or in-house grant writers beyond the Executive Director.  Boards of Directors may need help with their fundraising role partnering with the E.D. to develop a longer range focus.

Grant writing fees are based on projected number of hours to research, meet with your organization, and write.  A general estimate is provided in advance based on category type - federal, state, county, foundation, or corporate.
